With nearly 15 years of experience in the field of documents and security, Major Phan Thi Bich Ngoc, a document and security officer at Phu Ninh District Military Command, always works with an urgent, quick, timely and accurate manner. Although she has to undertake many tasks at the same time such as receiving and transferring incoming and outgoing documents; verifying, stamping, storing and securing all kinds of documents and papers; drafting documents..., Ms. Ngoc always strives to complete her tasks excellently. Therefore, the document and security work of Phu Ninh District Military Command is always carried out in a disciplined manner. The management of incoming and outgoing documents is registered and transferred promptly and accurately; the security of information and documents is carried out seriously; the use of seals is strictly ensured, in accordance with principles; files and documents are arranged neatly and scientifically...

In addition to her professional work, she was also assigned to participate in explaining the Provincial and District Defense Area Exercises. In addition, she was one of two outstanding female soldiers selected by the Provincial Military Command to participate in the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory Parade in Dien Bien Phu City, Dien Bien Province, standing in the flag-bearing group of the female militia of the Northwest ethnic groups. This was also the third time she participated in the parade in the major national celebrations.
