At the same time, Mr. Phuoc Son is also a member of the company's shock team and participated in the construction of most projects, supporting electrical incidents such as: Team leader of the team to fix power grid incidents in Quang Ninh province caused by storm No. 3 (Yagi); participating in supporting the construction of the 500 kV line circuit 3 in Ha Tinh ; Team leader of the Shock Team for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue (PCTT&TKCN) of PC Thua Thien Hue in 2024...

According to PC Thua Thien Hue , in recent times, the problem of violations of the high-voltage grid safety corridor and unsafe use of electricity by people leading to unfortunate electrical accidents among the people is still common. Therefore, the electricity sector always coordinates with localities to carry out propaganda work to the people about the work of high-voltage grid safety corridor, safe, economical and effective use of electricity.

In particular, Mr. Le Trong Phuoc Son advised the department leaders and the Company leaders to direct, manage and monitor the work of the high voltage grid safety corridor. Propagating the law to avoid occupational accidents, accidents due to risks and minimizing the occurrence of electrical accidents among the people.

Talking to Cong Thuong Newspaper, Mr. Le Trong Phuoc Son said: With the assigned duties and responsibilities, he has advised the leaders of PC Thua Thien Hue to effectively carry out propaganda and mobilize people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on occupational safety and hygiene, natural disaster prevention and search and rescue, and protection of high-voltage power grids. Thereby, contributing significantly to preventing occupational accidents, accidents due to risks and minimizing electrical accidents among the people. At the same time, actively responding to and participating in the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" in localities and units.

According to Mr. Phuoc Son, to improve the effectiveness of propaganda work to people about safe and effective electricity use, he annually prepares lectures, collects images and information about electrical accidents that occur in the area to coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade of Thua Thien Hue province to propagate about safe use of electricity to the force of leaders of communes, villages, hamlets, etc. At the same time, advise the leaders of the PC Thua Thien Hue to direct units to closely coordinate with local departments and branches to do a good job of propaganda and education for people and businesses to raise awareness and properly implement regulations on electrical safety.

Besides, he identified propaganda work as a key task to disseminate knowledge and regulations to the people and workers, improve efficiency and expand the propaganda target among the people... so that all people know and implement. “ In order for propaganda work to be effective and have a widespread impact in the community, we need to implement the motto "The rain soaks the ground", regularly carry out visual and vivid propaganda work. Persistently mobilize, raise the dangerous levels of electrical accidents so that people understand, share, and sympathize with the electricity industry in the political task of providing safe and continuous electricity. In particular, the Thua Thien Hue electricity industry printed boards with the content "Please contact us when clearing and harvesting planted forests" at points where power lines pass through planted forest areas, from which people have proactively contacted the electricity companies to get support for clearing and harvesting planted forests to ensure safety, avoiding unfortunate accidents" - Mr. Phuoc Son shared.

Mr. Phuoc Son added that, in the process of performing professional work or integrating propaganda, he always recommends that people and customers using electricity regularly check the lines after their meters, ensuring that the lines are not peeled off insulation, overloaded, short-circuited... leading to safety risks. Connection positions and joints must be technically correct, tightly covered to avoid electric leakage. Use electrical equipment with the right capacity for the lines to prevent cases of overload, short-circuited, and explosion. Absolutely do not be subjective in using electricity to ensure safety in production, aquaculture, and prevent unfortunate consequences from happening...

Thanks to the persistent, persistent, practical and effective work in propaganda and mobilization to the people and students in the area, in recent times, electrical accidents and incidents at PC Thua Thien Hue have been reduced, people have raised awareness in protecting the safety corridor of the power grid and using electricity safely, economically and effectively. With the achievements, Mr. Le Trong Phuoc Son was honored by the PC Thua Thien Hue Party Committee to propose the Standing Committee of Thua Thien Hue province to commend outstanding individuals in the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" in 2024.
