The World Expolympics Awards ceremony organized by The Experiential Design Authority honored the most outstanding and creative Exhibitors at the World Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan. The award is a recognition of the professional management and operation capacity, bringing maximum satisfaction to visitors, the ability to connect Exhibitors and contributing core values ​​to the EXPO of the Vietnamese Exhibitor management and operation team at the global event.

The Vietnam Exhibition House organizing team has carried out many programs, attracting a large international audience.

An independent panel of judges acted as “mystery guests” and visited each exhibitor at unannounced times to objectively and accurately assess the skills, dedication and impact of staff on the overall visitor experience.

In just 5 months of operation, the Vietnam Exhibition House has welcomed nearly 1.5 million visitors, millions of visitors to outdoor events and access to online platforms. With the theme "Inclusive society with people at the center", the Vietnam Exhibition House is not only a display space, but also a journey of discovery , where human values ​​are honored at the highest position. Each artifact and each interactive activity is designed to emphasize the role of humans - both as creative subjects and as the center of enjoyment of the achievements of development. The highlight that makes the difference of the Vietnam Exhibition House is the intersection between modern technology and traditional cultural values. Here, historical stories are told by technological devices through the language of images and sounds, heritages are recreated through virtual reality technology, all blending with the message of sustainable development. This has transformed the Exhibition Hall into a living space where audiences are not just viewers but also participants, interacting and building a deep emotional connection together.
