Seven decades have passed (1954-2024), but the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory remains a shining symbol of the indomitable and resilient Vietnamese people.
The Dien Bien Phu victory was the pinnacle of the resistance war against French colonialism, first of all the victory of the correct and creative political and military lines of our Party, headed by President Ho Chi Minh.
