These days, across the province, the vibrant competitive atmosphere to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 is spreading strongly. In that flow, the youth union members are contributing to creating a bustling picture, full of green action and aspiration. With the motto "Whatever is difficult, there are young people", Hung Yen youth have been enthusiastically carrying out a series of practical and meaningful projects and tasks, contributing their youth to the development of their homeland in the period of innovation.

Participating in the "Green Sunday" campaign organized by the Youth Union of Dong Tien Hung commune, we really felt the enthusiasm and passion of the local youth union members. From cleaning up public places, clearing bushes, planting flowers along the roadside to dredging canals in the fields... the working atmosphere of the youth union members was very urgent and responsible. Mr. Pham Dinh Quan, Secretary of the Commune Youth Union shared: In the past term, we organized hundreds of campaigns to protect the environment. Each campaign had more than 200 youth union members participating. Looking forward to the Provincial Party Congress, we clearly identified each specific task, so that each road is cleaner, each sign is brighter, each flower bed is more beautiful as a gratitude of the young generation to the Party and the People.

The spirit of volunteerism has also spread strongly in each locality and unit. In particular, the youth union force of the Provincial Police is a bright spot. With the spirit of "Pioneering, exemplary, leading, pioneering, volunteering", the youth of the Provincial Police have widely deployed gratitude activities such as: Giving funds to build 30 houses for families in difficult circumstances (150 million VND/house); giving 80 gifts (1 million VND/gift) to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs and people with meritorious services; organizing medical examinations, consultations, and free medicine distribution for more than 200 war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services in the communes of Tong Tran, Dien Ha, Ngoc Lam...; giving 80 bicycles to students in especially difficult circumstances. In addition, many social security activities bearing the mark of youth have been widely deployed throughout the localities. Typical examples include: giving maps and national flags to fishermen in coastal communes; organizing "Green Summer Classes"; implementing the project "Youth and Women's Flower Garden to Create Green Values"; organizing "Green Sunday" to collect duckweed at environmental black spots... These activities not only demonstrate the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of Hung Yen youth, but also contribute to strengthening the great national unity bloc, building a solid people's security posture right from the grassroots. Major Nguyen Duy Hung, Head of the Provincial Police Youth Union, shared: Each volunteer activity is carefully prepared by us, based on the actual needs of the locality to implement. The Provincial Police Youth always take discipline, efficiency and depth as criteria for action. Not only coming to the people with sharing, we also want to spread the spirit of responsibility, the image of a young police officer who is both brave and approachable, living with ideals and ready to contribute to the community.

Faced with the demands of the digital era, the youth union force in the whole province has quickly caught up and become the core force in bringing technology closer to the people. Currently, the whole province is maintaining 1,000 youth volunteer teams with over 20,000 youth union members participating in guiding people to use online public services; maintaining 686 teams and establishing 11 new "Digital Education for the People" teams... Nguyen Nhat Linh, My Hao ward confided: Every task, though simple, has great meaning, helping me understand and love my homeland more. I am proud to be a part of the youth force, young people who dare to think, dare to do, and are always ready to act for the community.

Aspiration to contribute and build a rich and beautiful homeland

In the vibrant flow of innovation and integration, Hung Yen youth continues to affirm its role as a leading vanguard force, a reliable successor of the Party. Movements: Youth Volunteers; Creative Youth; Youth Volunteers to Protect the Fatherland and the program: Accompanying youth in studying; Starting a business, establishing a career... have gradually penetrated into the lives of youth, spreading to each union base. The movements have become "big schools" for youth to develop comprehensively in terms of intelligence, physical strength and political mettle. In the past term, the Provincial Youth Union mobilized more than 300,000 union members and youth to participate in volunteer activities, carrying out over 3,000 youth projects and tasks with a total value of nearly 200 billion VND. Many typical projects bear the mark of youth such as: Building gratitude houses, red scarf houses, clean water projects, school toilets; organized career counseling and orientation for more than 100,000 young people, introduced jobs to more than 4,000 union members... In addition, the Provincial Youth Union has organized the presentation of thousands of gifts to people in difficult circumstances, poor children who have overcome difficulties, policy families, and people with disabilities with a total value of up to tens of billions of VND. Mr. Thieu Minh Quynh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union emphasized: Continuing the glorious tradition of previous generations, Hung Yen youth today are increasingly mature, courageous, constantly affirming their core role in the cause of building and developing their homeland. Looking towards the 1st Provincial Party Congress, in the exciting atmosphere of emulation, the youth of the whole province continue to uphold the spirit of "Aspiration - Pioneer - Courage - Solidarity - Creativity - Development" for the goal of building Hung Yen increasingly rich, civilized and modern.
