The content of citizens' reflections and recommendations is mainly related to the implementation of policies and laws on land, compensation, support, and resettlement when land is recovered; policies for people with revolutionary contributions; the fight against corruption and waste, and recommendations to review a number of legally effective judgments and decisions of People's Courts at all levels...

At the receptions, the chair directly guided and explained 252 cases, issued 40 documents to competent agencies for settlement and received 181 cases.

According to Mr. Trinh Minh Duc - Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council, during this time, the National Assembly Delegation of the province received 1,504 petitions from citizens, including 396 complaints, 183 denunciations and 925 petitions and reflections.

The petition's content is mainly related to land management; granting of land use right certificates; land recovery; support policies, compensation, site clearance, resettlement; policies for meritorious people and petitions in the judicial field.

The Provincial National Assembly Delegation has forwarded 522 petitions to agencies and organizations for settlement according to their authority; guided and responded to 142 petitions from citizens; filed 840 petitions that were not eligible for processing (petitions sent multiple times with the same content, petitions that were resolved by competent agencies in accordance with legal regulations, petitions that were not in the correct format)...
