In the first 6 months of 2025 alone, the company has proactively increased grid inspection and maintenance, improved service quality, ensured stable power supply, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Identifying social security work as an important political task, PC Dak Nong always proactively accompanies localities in charity and humanitarian work, supporting people in difficulty.

During the period 2020-2025, the company spent more than 3.85 billion VND on social security activities.

Many meaningful programs were implemented such as: supporting people in the Central and Northern regions to overcome the consequences of storms and floods; visiting and giving gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and policy families; distributing charity porridge to patients; installing solar power for schools and giving televisions to schools in remote areas.

In particular, PC Dak Nong has built 25 gratitude houses for poor households in especially difficult circumstances, contributing to stabilizing life and sustainable development in the locality.

Every year, PC Dak Nong organizes the “Customer Appreciation” program with many practical activities. In particular, it focuses on supporting poor households and policy families: free electrical repairs, consulting on economical and safe electricity use, giving gifts and electrical equipment. Thereby, the company not only improves service quality but also shows deep concern for the electricity-using community.
