The Company's revenue and profit have increased every year compared to the plan and always fulfilled its tax obligations to the State. Employees are well taken care of and pay all types of insurance. Revenue in 2024 reached 1,830 billion VND, profit after tax reached 188 billion VND; paid to the State budget 61.6 billion VND; average income 12.2 million VND/person/month. On average, each year, the Company contributes billions of VND to social security work of the province and locality. Identifying human development as one of the core values of the Company, therefore, along with production and business tasks, the unit always pays attention to implementing well welfare policies, taking care of the lives of employees.
