Messages about the content and purpose of building civilized urban areas are clearly conveyed, easy to remember, easy to implement and closely linked to daily life.

During the implementation process, local officials, members of the Front Committee, and typical cultural families are always role models for the people. Simply by fully complying with the conventions and village regulations of the residential group; not violating the law; disposing of garbage in the right place; behaving politely in public places... together creating a civilized and polite lifestyle and gradually spreading and multiplying it widely in the residential community.

In a civilized urban area, the most visible thing is traffic. However, in the central area of the province such as Phan Dinh Phung ward, when mobilized to donate land to widen the road, most households related to the narrow road section that needs to be widened are ready to support so that traffic is clear and everyone can travel safely.

These small but practical actions contribute to creating an increasingly spacious and clean urban appearance, while spreading a civilized and responsible lifestyle to every household and every street.

Participating in building a civilized urban area, backward customs among the people are gradually eliminated, such as: No indiscriminate praying or burning of votive papers; families with funerals or happy events all strictly follow the rules and regulations that the people in the residential group have agreed upon.

In order to have a place to meet, socialize, exercise and improve their spiritual life, people in residential groups have actively contributed money and labor to repair and upgrade cultural houses and sports grounds. These community spaces create more opportunities for people to meet, exchange and share experiences in building prosperous, progressive, equal and happy families, building a civilized lifestyle, and fostering solidarity and affection in residential areas.

From building civilized urban areas, the movement of the whole people uniting to build cultural life in each residential area has been consolidated and improved. People live consciously and responsibly, actively participating in common activities. Accordingly, in the whole ward, many hobby clubs, mainly sports clubs, arts clubs and clubs related to building happy families have been established and maintained to operate effectively.

From the consensus of the people and the drastic and synchronous participation of the entire political system, the civilized urban appearance of Phan Dinh Phung ward has been and is existing. Good models are popularized and replicated.
