Industrial real estate segment is growing strongly

Statistics from the Vietnam Real Estate Association show that since the beginning of the year, the country has had 418 industrial parks established with a total natural land area of ​​about 129,900 hectares. The total industrial land area is about 89,200 hectares. The operating industrial parks have an estimated occupancy rate of over 75%. Of which, the key northern provinces reached 82% and the key southern provinces reached 92%.

Due to high and increasing demand, the rental price of industrial park land in localities has been pushed up, with a stable increase of 8 - 12%/year. The demand for warehouses and ready-built factories for rent also continues to grow strongly, mainly from the manufacturing industry; e-commerce, machinery, and electronic components.
