The TCI Run for Health 2025 Summer Run has kicked off with a total prize value of up to tens of millions of VND, where each run is an opportunity to receive new achievements, everyone has the chance to bring gifts home.

TCI Run For Health Online Running Race

1. Time

From May 6, 2025 to July 31, 2025

2. Participants

– People who are in good health. Participants in the Online Running Competition will be responsible for their own health when participating in the competition.

3. Awards

3.1. Award 80 TCI medals to 80 qualified members:

– Members must reach a minimum of 350km and run at least 70 days/duration of the program

– Members have posts introducing themselves and sharing their training process on the group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/tcirunforhealth

– Note: Due to limited quantity, the medal is only for members who have never received a medal before. If many members meet the above requirements, the Organizing Committee will draw 80 lucky people in the livestream after July 31, 2025.

3.2. 100% gift of 200k Voucher applicable to medical examination and treatment services at TCI if members meet the following requirements:

– Members must reach a minimum of 300km and run at least 60 days/duration of the program

– Members have posts introducing themselves and sharing their training process on the group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/tcirunforhealth

3.3. FIRST PRIZE: Free 01 health check-up package - Male/Female - Advanced early cancer detection screening worth MORE THAN 11 MILLION VND

The award applies to 01 member with the following achievements:

– Members must reach a minimum of 500km and run 85 days/program duration

– Members have posts introducing themselves and sharing their training process on the group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/tcirunforhealth

– The winning members will receive the corresponding health check-up package as follows:

+ Examination package – Male/Female – Advanced early cancer detection screening for men is 6,901,000 VND (If the winner is a man)
+ Examination package – Male/Female – Advanced early detection of cancer for women who have had sex is 11,064,000 VND (If the winner is a woman who has had sex)
+ Examination package – Male/Female – Advanced early cancer screening for women who have never had sex is 9,501,000 VND (If the winner is a woman who has never had sex)

3.4. SECOND PRIZE: Free 01 Health Checkup Package - Male/Female - General Cancer Screening and Early Detection worth MORE THAN 8 MILLION VND

Prize for 01 member with achievements as follows:

– Run at least 450km & 80 days

– Members have posts introducing themselves and sharing their training process on the group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/tcirunforhealth

– The winning member will receive the corresponding medical examination package:

+ Health check-up package – Male/Female – General early cancer screening for men is 6,026,000 VND (If the winner is a man)
+ Health check-up package – Male/Female – General early cancer screening for women who have had sex is 8,741,000 VND (If the winner is a woman who has had sex)
+ Health check-up package – Male/Female – General cancer screening for women who have never had sex is 7,946,000 VND (If the winner is a woman who has never had sex)

3.5. THIRD PRIZE: Free 01 Examination Package - Male/Female - Basic early cancer screening worth MORE THAN 5 MILLION VND

Prize for 01 member with achievements as follows:

– Run at least 400km & 75 days

– Members have posts introducing themselves and sharing their training process on the group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/tcirunforhealth

– Members of which group will receive the corresponding medical examination package:

+ Examination package – Male/Female – Basic early cancer screening for men is 3,921,000 VND (If the winner is a man)
+ Examination package – Male/Female – Basic early cancer screening for women who have had sex is 5,946,000 VND (If the winner is a woman who has had sex)
+ Examination package – Male/Female – Basic early cancer screening for women who have never had sex is 5,151,000 VND (If the winner is a woman who has never had sex)

3.6. COURAGE AWARD: Free 10 health check-up packages Health check-up package – QT – Gratitude 01 – Basic general health check-up worth 3,000,000 VND

Awards for 10 members with the following achievements:

– Run at least 350km and run at least 70 days/ program duration

💫 NOTE:

– Because the number of health check-up package prizes is limited, if many members meet the above requirements, a lucky draw will be held to select the luckiest and qualified person in the livestream after July 31, 2025.

– 200K voucher is applied in conjunction with the ongoing promotion program of the month and expires on December 31, 2025

– Health check-up packages are valid until December 31, 2025

– Medical examination packages cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.

4. HOW TO REGISTER

– Step 1: Download the Strava app on your phone and follow the instructions to register for an account.

– Step 2: Go to website run.tcihospital.vn, register for a separate account on the web.

– Step 3: Go to the Personal section on the website, fill in all the information, and Connect Strava app, log in to Strava app.

(Athletes who have already completed these steps from last month, please skip).

– Step 4: At the link: TCI Run For Health May-June-July, click Connect Strava >> Join now (this step applies to new members who have not connected to Strava before).

– Step 5:

a. In the section: You are a member of TCI -> Select: CORRECT and enter your employee code. If you are not a member of TCI -> Select: NO.

b. In the section: Participation form -> select Individual or Group If it is a group: select Create new and name your running group (eg: Run and wait) -> Click add group (If your group has been created, just select the correct group name).

– Step 6: Select the distance you want to achieve.

– Step 7: Agree to confirm disclaimer.

– Step 8: Click Join to complete. When running, members need to turn on the Strava app (with Public run history enabled), select Record and record their run.

* Note:

– Only running results after the user has connected to strava will be recorded. Any running results before the user connected to strava will be invalid.

– Athletes save their achievements via the app for reference when receiving results.

– The athlete's results are only valid when the Public run history mode on Strava is enabled.

– Each user can only register with 1 phone number, do not use 1 number to register for many people, it is easy to confuse the results.

– Actions performed manually on Strava or using multiple devices at the same time to record achievements will be considered invalid.

– Strava activities with tags will not count kilometers for tagged events

– Any fraudulent behavior will be immediately canceled by the Organizing Committee without prior notice.

– In all cases, the decision from the Organizing Committee is the final and only valid decision.
