At the time of inspection on April 9, To Ba Ngoc business household was trading and selling nearly 3,000 pants and shirt products of the brands Fanegu Denim, Jeans Special Editton, and Youe Shone.
All goods are produced abroad, have original labels in foreign languages but no Vietnamese sub-labels, and no invoices or documents proving the origin of the goods.
Currently, the Market Management force has temporarily detained the above goods and taken samples of the goods to send to the competent unit to test quality indicators as a basis for administrative sanctions.
