Strengthening connectivity – Improving service efficiency through digital platforms

Thanh Hoa district currently has 150 effective Savings and Loan Groups (S&L) that act as a bridge between the people and the Social Policy Bank. To improve service quality, the District Social Policy Bank Transaction Office has promoted the deployment of the VBSP Smart Banking application to help customers easily conduct financial transactions via smartphone.

The number of households borrowing using the digital platform also reached 97.18%. In addition, 205 accounts of non-industry officials and 1,165 Mobile Banking accounts have been activated, demonstrating high initiative and determination in implementing digital transformation.

Director of the Transaction Office of the People's Credit Fund of Duc Hoa District - Nguyen Thi Anh Thu informed: "We will continue to expand the application of VBSP Smart Banking to all members. The key solution is to train team leaders, union officials and assign staff to directly support people at the commune transaction points."
