Promoting the role of farmers in building a strong Quang Khe

The Congress took place in a vibrant competitive atmosphere, with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development". The Congress summarized the work of the Association and the farmers' movement in the period of 2023 - 2025 with many outstanding results: admitting 356 new members, bringing the total number of members to 1,610; 17/17 branches have operating funds, the total fund reached over 161 million VND; mobilizing members to contribute 780 million VND, 295 working days and donating 2,320 m² of land to build rural infrastructure.

Discussing at the Congress, delegates suggested opening more training courses and transferring science and technology so that members can effectively apply them to production practices.

Agricultural production continues to transform towards modernization, raising the average value per unit area to 200 million VND/ha/year; many high-value crop models appear such as avocado, durian, macadamia, and mulberry.

According to the direction approved by the Congress, in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Farmers' Association of Quang Khe commune will continue to promote the movement of farmers competing in good production and business, applying scientific and technological advances, developing modern and sustainable agriculture; building a strong Association organization, enhancing the representative role in protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of farmer members, contributing to bringing Quang Khe commune to meet new rural standards by 2030.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Duc Han, Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Lam Dong province, praised the results of the Association's work and the farmers' movement in Quang Khe commune in recent times; at the same time, he emphasized that the Farmers' Association of the commune needs to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, promote the strength of solidarity and creativity of members and farmers, contribute to building a strong peasant class in Quang Khe commune, and make practical contributions to the cause of local socio-economic development.

At the Congress, the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of Quang Khe commune, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 25 comrades, was announced; comrade K'Do - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Quang Khe commune, term I, 2025 - 2030.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Quang Khe Commune, Ta Dinh Hai, requested the Commune Farmers' Association to continue to innovate its methods and content of activities suitable for the new stage.

The Congress called on all cadres, members and farmers of Quang Khe commune to promote the tradition of patriotism, strengthen solidarity, overcome difficulties, seize opportunities, successfully implement the goals and tasks of the Association and the farmers' movement for the 2025-2030 term, for the goal of "Rich people, Strong country, Democracy, Fairness, Civilization".
