Approving the election results of the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term

On the morning of September 25, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce and present Decision No. 2112/QD-TTg dated September 22, 2025 of the Prime Minister approving the election results for the position of Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan.

At the conference, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee congratulated Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan on having just had the Prime Minister approve the election results for the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh stated that Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan has held many important positions, is a son of Khanh Hoa province, always has a strong political stance, pure moral qualities, along with capacity, experience and deep attachment to local practices.

Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh hopes that Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan and the Provincial People's Committee will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity - creativity - dare to think - dare to do - dare to take responsibility; effectively take advantage of the Central Government's support; mobilize all social resources; exploit well the potential and advantages to make the province make a strong breakthrough in the coming time.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, believed that with the high consensus of the collective, the Provincial People's Committee would develop a very specific action program and effectively organize the implementation of assigned tasks. He expressed his wish to continue receiving the attention, direction and assistance of the Central Government, the close leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the accompaniment, supervision and support of the functional agencies and above all, the trust and consensus of all the people in the province to continue to unite with the Provincial People's Committee, strive to best fulfill the assigned responsibilities, contributing to making Khanh Hoa province make a strong breakthrough in the decade of development.

Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan was born on April 19, 1970, in Dong Ninh Hoa ward, Khanh Hoa province; has a bachelor's degree in Judicial Law, a bachelor's degree in Party Building and State Administration; and a senior degree in political theory. He is an alternate member of the Party Central Committee, terms XI and XII.

He has held the following positions: Chief of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Office, Secretary of the Cam Ranh City Party Committee, Head of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board. In March 2020, he was elected as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. From June 2021, he has held the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council.
