Two Deputy Secretaries of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee have submitted resignation applications.

On the afternoon of September 8, speaking with SGGP Newspaper reporters, the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee said that Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa Province and Mr. Pham Van Hau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa Province had submitted a resignation letter according to personal wishes.

Mr. Tran Quoc Nam was born on December 27, 1971, hometown Duc Hoa commune, Mo Duc district, Quang Ngai province (formerly), is a Forestry Engineer, Master of Agriculture, Doctor of Forestry, and has a Senior degree in political theory.

Before holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province from July 2025, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam held positions such as Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Son district, Ninh Thuan province (formerly); Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office and then Vice Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee (formerly); Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee (formerly); Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Thuan province (formerly).

Currently, there are 4 Vice Chairmen of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee including Mr. Tran Hoa Nam, Trinh Minh Hoang, Nguyen Long Bien and Le Huyen.

It is known that Mr. Tran Quoc Nam is currently on leave, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Long Bien is authorized to perform the duties of Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.

Mr. Pham Van Hau was born on October 15, 1974, hometown Dong Hai ward, Phan Rang-Thap Cham city, Ninh Thuan province (formerly), has a Master's degree in Development Economics, University major in Architecture, and a Senior degree in political theory.

Before holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province from July 2025, Mr. Pham Van Hau held positions such as Deputy Director of the Department of Construction and then Director of the Department of Construction of Ninh Thuan province (formerly); Secretary of the Ninh Phuoc District Party Committee, Ninh Thuan province (formerly); Vice Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee (formerly); Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee (formerly).
