Approval of the results of selecting a consulting contractor for the National Highway 14D project

The Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects of Transport Works of Quang Nam Province (under the People's Committee of Da Nang City) has just issued a decision approving the results of contractor selection for package TV05.

This is a consulting package for survey, feasibility study report preparation, building information modeling (BIM), site clearance piling, and environmental impact assessment report preparation under the contractor selection plan for the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 14D, Quang Nam province.

The Management Board of Traffic Construction Investment Project of Quang Nam Province (old) (project investor) said that the bidding package has number E-TBMT: IB2500312058; bidding package name: TV05 - Consulting on survey, preparation of feasibility study report, establishment of building information model (BIM), site clearance piling, preparation of environmental impact assessment report.

The approved budget for the package is over 23.5 billion VND. The contract type is a lump sum; the package implementation period is 90 days. The bidding is widely conducted domestically via the internet.

Through the selection, the consortium of Traffic Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company 5, Tri Thanh Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company, Tan Phat Joint Stock Company, Giang Dong Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, Quang Nam Environmental Monitoring and Analysis Center won the bid. The winning bid price was 23,089,853,000 VND; the package implementation time was 85 days.

Previously, on June 4, 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province (old) signed and issued Decision No. 1509 approving the investment policy of the Project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 14D, Quang Nam province (old) (Group B project).

The investment scale with a total route length of about 74.4km; the starting point at km0+000 intersects with Ho Chi Minh road (at km1.332+610) in Ca Dy commune, Nam Giang district (old); the end point at km74+376 borders the Nam Giang international border gate, in La Dee commune, Nam Giang district (old).

Class III-IV road category according to TCVN 4054-2005. Cross-section scale has roadbed width of 9m; of which road surface is 7m wide, reinforced shoulder on each side is 1m wide.

Permanent bridge project. Bridge width is 9m; of which the roadway is 7m wide, safety strip is 0.5m wide on each side and barriers and railings are 0.5m wide on each side.

Lighting system will be invested in some necessary sections to enhance traffic safety.

The total investment of the project is 4,518 billion VND; of which the source of increased revenue and savings from the central budget accounts for 4,513 billion VND. The project implementation period is 2025 - 2027.
