Visiting and learning about the settlement of administrative procedures for people of Hoa Long Commune People's Committee, from July 1, 2025 to August 21, 2025, the number of received records was 2,771 records (of which, online records were 2,582 records, reaching a rate of 93.17%; direct records were 189 records, reaching a rate of 6.8%). The number of records resolved was 2,685 records (of which, early settlement was 2,463 records, reaching a rate of 91.73%; on time was 222 records, reaching a rate of 8.2%; no overdue records). The number of records being resolved was 86 records; 100% of records were digitized (with electronic results attached to return to people).
