According to the report of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, Tan Duc Industrial Park located in Tan Minh commune (Lam Dong), was approved by the Prime Minister for investment policy with an area of 300 hectares, total registered investment capital of 1,200 billion VND.
The project has 222 affected households, individuals and organizations. Of which, the recovered land area of 221 households and individuals is 292.7 hectares and 1 organization (People's Committee of Tan Duc commune) with an area of 7.3 hectares.
Up to now, the project has approved compensation and support plans for 214 records/193 households/285.85 hectares and 7.3 hectares of land managed by the Commune People's Committee, reaching a rate of 97.72% with an amount of VND 546,895 billion. There are still 31 records/6.73 hectares that have not approved compensation, support and resettlement plans (for households with residential land and agricultural land located in rural residential areas).
The resettlement arrangement for households whose land has been recovered and who have to relocate is arranged at the residential area of Tan Duc commune (now Tan Minh commune). The residential area has an area of about 2 hectares. Currently, the resettlement area has completed construction items such as internal roads, lighting system, clean water; and is completing related legal procedures to implement resettlement arrangements for households according to regulations.
Regarding the investment situation in constructing technical infrastructure of the Industrial Park, up to now, the investor has organized the groundbreaking ceremony and started construction of project items (phase 1) according to the granted license.
Specifically, the investor of Tan Duc Industrial Park has basically completed (about 90% of the volume) the items of phase 1 of the project such as: Traffic routes D3a - D3b, N1a, N1b, N2, N3, D2; planting trees along D3a - D3b road; booster pumping station, water supply pumping station, wastewater treatment plant, lighting system... The value of infrastructure investment in the first 9 months of 2025 is about 278.56/562.07 billion VND, reaching 49.56% of the 2025 plan.
The total accumulated investment capital for project implementation is about 905.27/1,200 billion VND, reaching 75.44% of the total registered capital (including compensation and clearance costs).
After inspecting the field and listening to the report of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, along with the opinions of the participants, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai emphasized the need to speed up the completion of compensation and site clearance work to implement the Tan Duc Industrial Park project and the traffic intersection connecting National Highway 1A with Tan Duc Industrial Park.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to direct Branch No. 1 of the Land Fund Development Center to urgently complete the dossier and coordinate with the People's Committee of Tan Minh commune to speed up the appraisal and approval of the compensation plan to pay compensation for the remaining 6.73 hectares.
At the same time, the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 2 urgently completed the construction of the Traffic Interchange connecting to Tan Duc Industrial Park. The People's Committee of Tan Minh Commune propagated and persuaded households that had approved the compensation plan to agree to receive money and hand over the site.
Relevant units focus on accelerating the construction progress of Tan Duc Industrial Park's infrastructure according to the granted construction permit. In particular, focusing on completing the construction of D3 road and developing a scenario for the inauguration ceremony of phase 1 of Tan Duc Industrial Park, welcoming the Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
