On the morning of October 21, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Information and Communications held a meeting to honor and express gratitude to female civil servants, public employees, and workers working at the Ministry of Information and Communications on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20). Sending congratulations to all female civil servants, public employees and workers working at the Ministry of Information and Communications on Vietnamese Women's Day, Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long said that this is a special day to honor the silent but valuable contributions of women, the sacrifices and the great role of Vietnamese women.

According to Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long, the field of information and communication is facing fundamental and challenging changes, requiring continuous innovation. Women in the information and communication sector have affirmed their important role not only in their expertise but also in building a working culture, not just after work but after hours, of the Ministry of Information and Communication.

From policy-making contributions to the completion of legal documents, from proposed solutions to strategic consultation, women's initiative, creativity and responsibility are recognized everywhere.

Besides being sharp and brave in work, women are also the ones who keep the fire burning in the family, a solid support for their husbands and children to work with peace of mind, contributing to building the image of women in the IT&T industry who are good at public affairs and good at housework.

In a cheerful, friendly and open atmosphere, female civil servants, public employees and workers working at Block 18 Nguyen Du shared many perspectives, proposed many ideas and recommendations to the leaders of the Ministry of Information and Communications.

Chief of Office of the Ministry of Information and Communications Hoang Thi Phuong Luu proposed to Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long - Chairman of the Vietnam Information and Communications Trade Union that there should be more playgrounds for women, with sports and home economics activities.

On behalf of the leaders of the Ministry of Information and Communications, Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long acknowledged the comments and suggestions raised by women at the meeting.
