Attending the opening ceremony were Colonel Le Van Hung, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the 34th Corps, Deputy Head of the training course's organizing committee; Colonel Tran Dinh Khoi, Deputy Head of the CTĐ and CTCT Materials Department, Office of the General Department of Politics; officers, lecturers and 80 trainees from agencies and units in the 34th Corps and the 16th Corps.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Colonel Le Van Hung, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the 34th Corps, emphasized: “In the context of the high demands of the task of building the Army and protecting the Fatherland, ensuring, using and preserving CTĐ and CTCT materials in accordance with regulations and achieving high efficiency is an important factor. This training course is a very good condition for officers and employees working in cultural work, comrades who manage and directly use CTĐ and CTCT materials to improve their awareness, responsibility and professional qualifications.”

Overview of the training session.

The training course took place from July 7 to 11 with key contents such as: Installing and using the software to inventory the time at 0:00 on January 1 every year of the Ministry of National Defense ; techniques for using and preserving cameras, camcorders, amplifiers, sound and light systems, projectors, video recorders; skills in using and maintaining equipment.

Training course instructors convey topics to students.

During the learning process, students also exchange practical experiences between agencies and units, share good practices and effective initiatives in organizing, managing, preserving and using CTĐ and CTCT materials for the right purposes, to their full potential, and to avoid waste.

Through the training course, trainees will be fully equipped with in-depth, practical knowledge, thereby effectively applying it to performing tasks at their agencies and units, contributing to enhancing the effectiveness of CTĐ, CTCT, building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern Army, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
