Including continuing to implement regulations on the management of foreign affairs activities of the Party, the State and Quang Nam province; urgently organizing the dissemination, guidance and strict implementation of regulations and decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the unified management of foreign affairs activities in the province, especially Regulation No. 27, dated June 28, 2024 and Decision No. 1643, dated October 15, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Do not organize overseas business trips that are not included in the plan approved by the competent authority; limit the occurrence of unplanned business trips (no more than 2 times/year), only propose and add new business trips (invited by units and organizations) that are really necessary. Key leaders do not go on overseas business trips more than 2 times a year and do not send 2 or more key leaders of the agency to join the same business trip.

Strictly implement Decision No. 3254 dated November 9, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating regulations on coordination in managing international conferences and seminars under the authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and other international conferences and seminars organized in Quang Nam. The Department of Foreign Affairs is the focal agency responsible for guiding, managing, monitoring and implementing foreign affairs work in the province in accordance with current regulations, Regulation No. 27 and Decision No. 1643 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
