Quang Ngai calls for strategic investors to develop Mang Den

Currently, the Provincial People's Committee has directed relevant units to coordinate with relevant entities in bidding to select investors to implement 3 urban area projects No. 1, 4 and No. 5, with a total land use area of ​​about 760 hectares, a total investment of nearly 25,000 billion VND in Mang Den commune. The projects are all relatively large in scale, calling for investment with the goal of concretizing the planning of the Central Highlands region, the general planning of the construction of Mang Den tourist area.

At the same time, urban areas with synchronous and modern infrastructure will be formed to combine the development of various types of housing, service works, resort tourism, tourist accommodation and commercial facilities. To select investors to implement projects using land, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province assigned the Department of Construction to be the inviting party, organizing the bidding to select investors.
