5-star resort accused of having maggots in milk bottles, what does this resort say?

Tourists eating at a restaurant in a resort in Cam Ranh ( Khanh Hoa ) discovered many maggots wriggling in a milk bottle. The resort said it was investigating and checking carefully.

On January 25, a clip went viral on social media of a male tourist eating at a restaurant in a resort in Cam Ranh when he was shocked to discover many maggots in a milk bottle at the restaurant.

Talking to Tuoi Tre Online , the person who filmed the above clip is Mr. NVT (a tourist from Hanoi ) who came to stay at the above resort from January 23 to January 27.

Mr. T. said that on January 24, while having dinner with his family at a restaurant in the above resort, his two children were about to get milk when he called his father to say there was a worm swimming in the milk bottle.

When approaching the milk bottle, Mr. T. saw many wriggling maggots. He then recorded a clip and reported it to the resort's management.

After receiving feedback and request to change hotel, the unit apologized, supported the family to move to another hotel, and refunded the entire room reservation on the morning of January 25.

Regarding the above incident, that same evening, Tuoi Tre Online contacted the Resort's hotline.

The resort said it has received information about the incident and the management board is investigating and checking thoroughly, so at this time there is still no official information.

Tuoi Tre Online also requested to work directly with the resort's management to discuss some issues related to the incident, however the resort said that when there is official information, the resort representative will provide it.
