According to the report, at noon on September 14, Mr. Q. went to TikTok Shop to buy goods and saw an account named Le Thanh Hien (with a citizen ID number in Bac Ninh province, Zalo name Red Rose) posting information inviting to sell goods and receive commissions. Trusting, Mr. Q. agreed to participate.

According to the instructions, for each order Mr. Q. buys, he will receive a 7-10% commission. When paying, the application will display the amount of goods and the corresponding commission. In order to withdraw money, Mr. Q. is forced to continuously transfer money to "process orders". However, the more he transfers, the more new orders arise.

From September 15 to 19, Mr. Q. transferred money 14 times with a total of 1,188 billion VND. When he was no longer able to continue, his communication was blocked and he lost all the money.

Currently, the case is being further verified, investigated and handled by the Gia Lai Provincial Police according to regulations.
