Ngoi Mong bridge collapsed in Hoa Binh

At 1am this morning (September 19), Ngoi Mong bridge on provincial road 445 connecting Ky Son ward to Hop Thanh commune (Hoa Binh city) sank and at 4am the same day the bridge head collapsed.

Previously, due to the impact of storm No. 3 and the storm's circulation, authorities had put up warning ropes, prohibiting people and vehicles from traveling on the bridge. At the time of the bridge collapse, there were no casualties or vehicle damage.

Immediately after the incident, Hoa Binh City Police diverted traffic and closed the road to the bridge to ensure people's safety.
