The art installation program "Memories" is about to take place on the Han River.

(Fatherland) - The installation art program is part of a series of cultural and festival activities on both sides of the Han River with the desire to diversify cultural and entertainment forms to serve the people and tourists in Da Nang City.

On November 21, the Danang City Center for Culture and Cinema (Department of Culture and Sports of Danang) announced that from November 29 to December 1, 2024, the 2024 Installation Art Program will take place on the northern sidewalk, east bank of Dragon Bridge (Tran Hung Dao Street, Son Tra District, Danang).

Recently, many installation art programs have been successful and received positive reviews from the audience.

With the theme "Memories", the 2024 installation art space is inspired by famous fishing villages with long histories such as Nam O fishing village, Man Thai fishing village, Son Tra... Through the artist's ingenuity and skillful, creative hands, the artwork "Memories" evokes images of fishing villages that have existed and are existing through many ups and downs on the land of Da Nang. The work carries the colors of rivers, fishing nets, the sea and sky of Da Nang, evoking the flow of memories of the rustic early days of fishermen's livelihood on the water...

Artistic materials are taken from familiar objects of fishing villagers such as boats, baskets, sampans, nets... combined with small hurricane lamps to create liveliness for the installation space, containing interesting cultural layers of the people of Central Vietnam, Da Nang.

The leader of the Cultural and Cinema Center of Da Nang City said that the art installation program is an activity in a series of cultural and festival activities on both sides of the Han River carried out by the unit with the desire to diversify the types of culture and entertainment arts to serve the people and tourists in Da Nang City. Thereby, conveying positive messages to the participants, contributing to creating good impressions about the livable city - Da Nang.

It is known that previously, there were many successful installation art programs that received positive reviews from the audience such as "March Sunshine", "Countryside Painting", "Save Our Sea", "Mother's Carrying Bag", "Time Window".../.
