SeABank changes the location of its headquarters, branches and transaction offices due to changes in administrative boundaries in 2025.

Pursuant to Decision No. 1808/QD-QLGS5 dated July 31, 2025 on Amending the content of the head office address in the Operating License of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) would like to respectfully announce the amendment of the content of the head office address in the Operating License as follows:

Amend the content of Point 2 of Operating License No. 0051/NH-GP dated March 25, 1994 issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to Southeast Asia Joint Stock Commercial Bank and the content of Point b, Article 1 of Decision No. 47/QD-NH5 dated March 25, 1994 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on granting the operating license to Southeast Asia Joint Stock Commercial Bank as follows: "Head office address: 198 Tran Quang Khai, Hoan Kiem ward, Hanoi city."
