On the afternoon of July 9, the Provincial Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions held a conference to announce the decision on organizational structure and personnel.

Overview of the conference.

At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of the province announced Resolution No. 05/NQ-HDND dated July 1, 2025 of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province on the establishment of a specialized agency under the Provincial People's Committee; Decision No. 06/2025/QD-UBND dated July 2, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Tuyen Quang province.

Accordingly, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions is a specialized agency under the Provincial People's Committee. The Department has the function of advising and assisting the Provincial People's Committee in performing state management of ethnic minorities, beliefs and religions. The Department consists of 4 divisions: Office, Ethnic Minority and Religion Policy, Propaganda of ethnic minority and religious affairs.

The leaders of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of the province presented the decision to appoint civil servants to hold leadership positions at the department level.

Comrade Chu Thi Ngoc Diep was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Tuyen Quang province. The Deputy Directors of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Tuyen Quang province include: Ma Quang Hieu, Hoang Thi Tham, Nguyen The Doi, Tran Duc Nghia.

Leaders of the Provincial Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions presented decisions on acceptance and assignment of work to civil servants of the Provincial Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.

The conference also announced the Decisions on receiving and appointing civil servants to department-level leadership positions; Decisions on assigning work to civil servants transferred from the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Tuyen Quang province; the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Ha Giang province (old) to the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Tuyen Quang province after the merger.
