At the conference, the Department of Justice announced the resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the establishment of the Department of Justice of Quang Tri province; the decision on the structure and organization of the Department of Justice of Quang Tri province; the decision on the establishment and reorganization of 6 public service units under the Department of Justice of Quang Tri province; and the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of officials for positions under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Accordingly, comrade Tran Chi Tien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, holds the position of Director of the Department of Justice of Quang Tri province, from July 1, 2025.
At the same time, announce the decision to appoint cadres managed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Department of Justice for the Chief of Office, Deputy Chief of Office, Heads of Departments, Deputy Heads of professional departments under the Department of Justice; Director, Deputy Director of State Legal Aid Center No. 1 and No. 2; Director, Deputy Director of Property Auction Service Center; Head, Deputy Heads of Notary Office No. 1, No. 2, No. 3.
Presenting the decision, giving congratulatory flowers and giving a speech assigning tasks at the conference, Director of the Department of Justice Tran Chi Tien requested the appointed officials to continue to promote their capacity, strengths, work experience, proactively study, innovate, create, improve professional knowledge; promote the tradition of solidarity, together with the collective leadership and civil servants of the Department of Justice to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
In particular, in the context of implementing a two-level local government, new regulations on decentralization, delegation of power, and division of authority have been issued. The Judicial sector must be the focal point to review and systematize documents, advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct sectors and communes; and organize professional training for communes in the coming time.
In addition, advise the Provincial People's Committee to effectively disseminate and educate the law to all classes of people, cadres, and party members; promote digital transformation, apply information technology in judicial work... contributing to improving the efficiency and quality of all areas of judicial work in the province.
