Exciting "I love Quang Phu" Festival to celebrate National Day September 2nd

DNO - On the morning of August 29, at the Monument complex of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Phu ward organized the "I love Quang Phu" Festival, celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2) and the 1st Congress of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the ward (term 2025 - 2030).

Attending the festival was Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Nguyen Phi Hung.

At the festival, many activities were organized such as: giving 8 gifts to policy families, union members and members in difficult circumstances; giving gifts to encourage the Green Volunteer Team (Hoa Trung block) with more than 30 children who regularly clean and collect garbage at Tam Thanh beach.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Phu Ward also launched the program "Supporting the Cuban people to overcome difficulties". The program called on cadres, party members, union members, association members, businesses, religious establishments and all people to respond and share with the Cuban people to overcome difficult times.

The festival also includes many other activities such as: art programs, folk dance performances; visiting and giving gifts to religious establishments.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Phu Ward affirmed: The festival is an opportunity to arouse the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and aspiration to contribute of each citizen; create a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the entire Party and people, towards building Quang Phu to be more and more prosperous and civilized.
