Using 1,477 hectares of land to do 157 projects in 2025

(NLDO) - The People's Committee of Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province is collecting community opinions on the Land Use Plan for 2025, in which 1,477 hectares are needed to serve 157 projects.

The 2025 land use plan of Nha Trang City is based on the Khanh Hoa Provincial Planning to 2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister .

Accordingly, the land use target allocated in the approved provincial planning for the city is more than 25,438 hectares; of which agricultural land is more than 9,917 hectares (down 334 hectares), non-agricultural land is more than 8,788 hectares (up 179 hectares) compared to the city's Land Use Plan in 2024.

Regarding the synthesis of land use needs, the summary report of the land use plan of Nha Trang City People's Committee said that the total number of works and projects included in the land use plan in 2025 includes 157 projects with a total area of ​​1,477 hectares.

Nha Trang in 2025 will use 1,477 hectares of land to serve 157 projects.

Of which, there are 121 projects with an area of ​​more than 1,000 hectares transitioning from 2024 to 2025; 36 newly registered projects with an area of ​​471 hectares.

In addition, out of 157 projects, 73 projects must reclaim land with an area of ​​1,201 hectares. There are 34 projects that change the purpose of rice land and production forest land, with the area of ​​rice land that must change its purpose being 78.04 hectares, and the area of ​​production forest land that must change its purpose being 202.78 hectares.

There are 45 projects/19.76 hectares included in the plan to auction land use rights, sell assets on land and transfer land use rights.

Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nha Trang City and departments, offices, and specialized agencies under the City People's Committee, City Military Command, and City Police give comments in writing.

The People's Committees of communes and wards publicly post the dossiers at their headquarters, send the dossiers to villages and residential groups, and organize the distribution of ballots to collect opinions from households and individuals representing the communes and wards.

The People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for synthesizing the opinions of households and individuals representing the communes and wards and the opinions of the locality in writing and sending them to the City People's Committee.
