Donate computer room to students in border areas

(NLDO) - The program aspires to accompany students on their learning journey, sowing more faith and motivation for the future young generation.

The 7th "Spreading Love" caravan program was carried out by the Ho Chi Minh City Business Union from September 12 to 14 in the Western provinces. The caravan with more than 40 self-driving cars and more than 150 businessmen conquered a journey of more than 650 km through the fertile but still arduous land of the Mekong Delta.

In Dong Thap province, the delegation presented Tan Ly Dong Primary School (Tan Huong commune) with a clean water system, 945 gifts for students (including backpacks, hats, notebooks, school supplies), candy and milk along with 1,000 plastic chairs for learning activities. In addition, a Heart Surgery Fund worth 50 million VND was also presented to the People's Committee of Tan Huong commune.

The program donated a computer room to Luong Phi Primary School B.

Continuing the journey, in An Giang province, the Caravan donated a standard knowledge incubation computer room, fully equipped, at Luong Phi B Primary School (O Lam commune). An Hao C Primary School (Nui Cam commune) received a national standard school knowledge library, along with a charity booth giving gifts to 530 students. The program donated a total of nearly 1 billion VND to disadvantaged students in Dong Thap and An Giang provinces.

Mr. Tran Thanh Vu - Head of the Organizing Committee of the 7th "Spreading Love" Caravan, General Director of Vina Group International Tourism Joint Stock Company - said that the program is a bridge of love, a message to children that no matter where they are, they are always cared for, encouraged and motivated on their learning path.

The program has connected businesses towards the future generation.

"Today's practical actions are not only immediate support but also faith and hope for the future of the young generation - the young buds growing up in remote areas of the country," Mr. Vu emphasized.
