Training on declaring database system on fire prevention, fighting and rescue

On August 29, Mau A Commune Police in coordination with the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC&CNCH), Lao Cai Provincial Police organized a training conference to guide facilities in declaring and updating information into the declaration software of the PCCC&CNCH data system.

Participating in the training conference were 256 agencies, business establishments, services, and enterprises under commune-level management and 268 establishments under the management of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Lao Cai Provincial Police.

Representatives of agencies, business establishments, services and enterprises attended the training conference.

At the training conference, officers of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department, Provincial Police introduced the purpose and significance of deploying the national Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue database system; instructed facilities under fire prevention and fighting management on how to declare and update information into the management software of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Database system; disseminated new regulations of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Law; disseminated new regulations of Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue.

Training content is presented visually with specific illustrations.

The training content uses "visualization" and "direct practice" methods to help facilities understand the process and operate the system easily, thereby ensuring that data declaration and update are accurate, synchronous and timely.

Updating and applying the Fire Prevention and Rescue data management software not only contributes to building a national database on fire prevention and fighting to serve state management but also helps agencies, enterprises and business establishments raise awareness of self-prevention and readiness to respond when fires, explosions and accidents occur.

This is a key task to realize the policy of digitizing and modernizing state management of fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue, contributing to improving the effectiveness of prevention work, minimizing damage caused by fires and explosions, meeting the requirements of the tasks set out in the new situation.
