The training session aims to equip and update the necessary knowledge and skills in receiving, processing and resolving administrative procedures, while raising the sense of responsibility and building a standard and friendly communication and behavioral style of the staff.
The training content focuses on new regulations on administrative procedure control; rules and standards in administrative communication; listening, guiding, explaining and handling situations in public service practice.
At the training session, many practical presentations were presented such as: "Culture of behavior of the One-Stop Department", emphasizing the role of attitude, service style and professionalism in communication with people and businesses. "Implementing reports on reform work, controlling administrative procedures, implementing the one-stop mechanism, interconnected one-stop in handling administrative procedures", analyzing the results achieved and issues that need to be further improved. "Receiving and handling feedback and recommendations on the feedback and recommendation system of the National Public Service Portal", instructing civil servants on the skills to receive and respond promptly and accurately to opinions of people and organizations. "Highlights of Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP and instructions on using the National Public Service Management software", helping civil servants grasp new regulations, and at the same time be more proficient in applying information technology, contributing to the effective operation of the digital administration.
Through training, the staff is further trained in professional skills, improving their ability to perform their duties, contributing to building an open, transparent, professional, modern administration, taking the satisfaction of people and businesses as a measure of service quality.
