Looking back at the development process, Vinh Dai village, Quang Vinh commune is one of the localities that is often affected by natural disasters and floods, people's lives mainly depend on agricultural production. However, the joint efforts to build the new rural area have been deeply ingrained in the thinking, work and actions of each person. Therefore, the cadres and people here have considered the construction, protection of the living environment, beautification of roads, and care of gardens to increase income and create rural landscapes as daily habits.

Mr. Pham Phuc Tho, a resident of Vinh Dai village, said: “I am very proud that our family has built a lush fruit garden that can be harvested all year round. Currently, the garden has tea, ancient fruit trees over 20 years old and various vegetables... This is a result of a long process of constant care, especially in the new rural development program. Every day, in addition to taking care of the garden, I also collect many beautiful flowers that are suitable for the weather and soil conditions to plant and decorate the house to make it brighter, more beautiful and cheerful.”

Moving forward with the innovation of the homeland, Vinh Dai village has relied on natural advantages and the people's persistent labor to create changes in all fields. The village has 173 households, currently only 1 poor household remains. Currently, 12 paths and lanes have all established 8 self-managed inter-family groups; the rural traffic system has been concreted and asphalted, neat, clean, and square like a chessboard.

The whole village has 36 model gardens, most of which have been renovated. Over the years, the people and children living far from home have contributed and supported more than 3 billion VND, donated thousands of ^square meters of land, and mobilized thousands of working days to build a model new rural residential area.

The green fences have created an ancient beauty for Vinh Dai village.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Chau - Secretary of Vinh Dai village Party cell said: "To effectively promote the pioneering and exemplary role of party members, we assigned 1 party cell to be in charge of 1 inter-family group, both propagating policies and mobilizing and guiding people to carry out key tasks of the village and commune. A day of Vinh Dai villagers will start with production competition activities; in the evening, doing side jobs of trapping fish and catching worms; at night, doing sports , folk dancing, and martial arts... Thanks to that, the material and spiritual life of the people is constantly improving, the face of the countryside is changing".

The Government and People of Vinh Dai village determined that building a new rural area is a revolution with many successive stages. Therefore, the greatest determination of the Vinh Dai model new rural residential area is to strengthen the spirit of solidarity, create a total strength among the entire population to continue to maintain and develop the criteria of a model new rural residential area; contribute to the commune to build a sustainable advanced new rural area.
