More universities announce standard scores for medical and pharmaceutical majors in 2024

The admission scores for the regular university system of Dai Nam University according to the high school transcript admission method, round 3, 2024, are specifically as follows:

Previously, the School of Medicine and Pharmacy (University of Danang ) also announced the standard scores for transcripts, with scores of 25.56 and 26.2, respectively for Nursing and Medical Laboratory Technology.

In each major, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy recruits 20/45 students using this method. Last year, only the Nursing major considered high school transcripts with a standard score of 24.7.

This is the average score of three subjects in the admission combination. In which, Nursing uses block B00 (Math - Chemistry - Biology) and B08 (Math - Biology - English). For Medical Laboratory Technology, the school also considers block A00 (Math - Physics - Chemistry). In addition, candidates need to have a good grade 12 or higher.

Some public medical schools consider high school transcripts such as University of Public Health, Hai Duong Medical Technology, School of Medicine and Pharmacy - Thai Nguyen University.

For the non-public sector, some schools have announced admission scores based on academic records, such as Van Lang University, where the majors of Medicine, Traditional Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy all have 24 points; the majors of Midwifery, Nutrition and Nursing have 18 - 19.5 points.
