Storm No. 10 moved in the West Northwest direction, at a speed of about 35km/h (very fast, nearly twice the average speed). It is forecasted that by 7:00 p.m. on September 27, the center of storm No. 10 was in the sea area of Hoang Sa special zone, with a strength of level 12-13, gusting to level 16.
Due to the influence of storm No. 10, the sea area in the North and Central East Sea (including Hoang Sa special zone) has winds of level 6-7, then increasing to level 8-9, then continuing to increase to level 10-13, gusts of level 16, waves 6-10m high, very rough seas.
