On July 18, information from the Department of Education and Training of Gia Lai province said that the rate of students passing the high school graduation exam in 2023 reached 97.78%. Accordingly, in the 2023 high school graduation exam, Gia Lai province has 14 schools with a 100% graduation rate.

The whole province has 130 exams with a score of 10 in the subjects: History, Civics , Chemistry and Foreign Languages (an increase of 69 scores of 10 compared to 2022). Of which, Civics has 115 scores of 10, History has 9, Foreign Language has 4 and Chemistry has 2 exams.

The valedictorian of the 2023 Gia Lai Province High School Graduation Exam is Duong Ho Nam with 36.55 points. Nam is a student at Nguyen Du High School, Krong Pa District, a school located in a disadvantaged area.

In addition, the top students in all groups were students from Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted. Specifically, the top student in group A was Huynh Duc Nhan with 28.7 points, and the top student in group A1 with 28.05 points was Nguyen Thi Hoang Khuong.

Dang Huynh Dong Phu was the top student in block B with 28.7 points, Trinh Thai Bao was the top student in block C with 28.75 points and Nguyen Hoang Anh Tuan was the top student in block D1 with 27.65 points.
