To change information on voluntary social insurance participation in the direct form, you go to the service organization or social insurance agency in the area, declare participation, adjust social insurance and health insurance information (form TK1-TS issued with the procedure for collecting social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and disease insurance; management of social insurance books and health insurance cards of Vietnam Social Security - Consolidated document No. 2525/VBHN-BHXH dated August 15, 2023 of Vietnam Social Security), provide information on Citizen Identification Card (change) to adjust information on voluntary social insurance participation.
