At about 2:30 p.m. on May 1, Mr. Vi Duc H. (born in 1990, residing in Lang Hang village, Quang Kim commune, Bat Xat district) went to the Red River bank and went missing (in the area of Lang Hang village).
Immediately after receiving the news, the local authorities mobilized about 100 people including police, border guards, militia and local people to search for Mr. H. on the Red River. However, by 3:00 p.m. the same day, he was still not found.
It is known that these past few days, Mr. Vi Duc H.'s spirit has been panicking and his speech has not been normal.
Currently, authorities and local people are actively searching.
