Coach Le Huynh Duc and captain striker Nguyen Tien Linh and CA HCMC Club returned to Go Dau Stadium, reunited with their old team Becamex HCMC. This is the team where Tien Linh grew up, and also the team where coach Le Huynh Duc spent time with.

In another match taking place at the same time tonight (September 21) in round 4 of V-League 2025-26, SLNA had a 1-1 draw with Ha Tinh Club at Vinh Stadium.
Justin Garcia opened the score 1-0 for SLNA in the 7th minute. In the 21st minute, SLNA received a huge advantage when Huynh Tan Tai of Ha Tinh Club received a red card.
However, in a game with one less player, the away team surprisingly equalized the score in the 54th minute, by Vietnamese-American player Le Viktor. This player regained a valuable point for Ha Tinh Club.
