The next difficulty is that the students here are mainly from the Cong, Dao, and Mong ethnic groups. Most of the women here do not speak the common language, so it is not easy for teachers to convince the children to go to school.

And to teach the children, teachers from the lowlands not only have to teach but also have to learn the children's languages ​​- Mong and Dao - before being able to teach Kinh. Not to mention, when the weather changes, teachers are also the children's doctors and nurses...

In 2013, he was invited to transfer to a higher position with more promotion opportunities, but Mr. Chuyen refused for a very simple reason: "I have vowed to stick with the education career."
