Abandoned baby boy discovered by people.
According to the People's Committee of Vinh Hoa commune, on August 29, passersby heard the cry of an abandoned newborn baby on the roadside at Self-governing People's Group No. 4, Can Vam hamlet, so they reported it to the police and local authorities.
Upon receiving the report, the police and local authorities arrived at the scene and discovered the baby boy, weighing about 3kg, wrapped in a gray-brown coat, with no property or related documents attached.
The boy was taken to Vinh Hoa Commune Health Center by locals for a health check-up and care. Currently, the boy is being temporarily adopted by a local resident and his health is stable.
The People's Committee of Vinh Hoa commune has issued a notice to search for the relatives of the abandoned boy. Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Hoa commune Dang Kim Oanh informed that after 7 days, if there is no information about the biological father and mother of the child, the People's Committee of Vinh Hoa commune will notify the person temporarily raising the child to carry out the procedures to register the child's birth according to regulations.
