Organizing the Peak Month 'For the Poor' in 2025 to ensure the right subjects

Activities to strengthen the great national unity bloc, promote the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, create a vibrant atmosphere to practically celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025) and the Great National Unity Day, welcome the 14th Party Congress, the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The guidelines clearly state that it is necessary to focus on propaganda to raise awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors, businesses, organizations, individuals and people, union members and members to spread the humanistic meaning of the program, actively and proactively participate in helping the poor; support the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels and social security programs, contributing to the emulation movement "For the Poor - No one is left behind", the program to mobilize support for building schools for border communes. Organize and implement programs, events and activities suitable to the conditions and actual situation in the locality to call for and mobilize resources to help the poor, near-poor, people in especially difficult circumstances, prioritizing areas damaged by storms and floods, remote areas, border areas and islands.

Activities require unified coordination between the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and State agencies and member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to avoid duplication in mobilizing and implementing support for the poor.

Regarding propaganda work, the instructions require the media agencies of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its member organizations to coordinate with mass media agencies to actively and proactively propagate the activities of the Peak Month "For the Poor" in 2025; especially promptly reflect on good practices, creative models, outstanding results in mobilizing and helping the poor; typical examples of poor people and poor households striving to escape poverty sustainably; localities with great efforts in implementing the national target program on sustainable poverty reduction.

Promote, introduce, honor, and acknowledge the contributions, support, and practical assistance of businesses, organizations, and individuals to the poor and poor households through supporting the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels. Coordinate with member organizations of the Front to promote the results of their organization's assistance to poor union members and members; the results of their participation in mobilizing and contributing to the "For the Poor" Fund and social security programs in the locality.

Regarding the organization of forms of mobilization and assistance to the poor, the guidance notes that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels should develop a Plan to organize activities during the "For the Poor" Peak Month in accordance with the local situation, in order to create resources to help poor households, near-poor households, and households in especially difficult circumstances; prioritizing support for those in particularly difficult communes, border areas, areas damaged by storms and floods, remote and isolated areas.

Coordinate and mobilize agencies, organizations, individuals, economic groups, enterprises, businessmen, etc. to actively participate in social security programs in appropriate forms. Timely provide lists of poor households, near-poor households, and social subjects in need of assistance, create favorable conditions for organizations and individuals to directly support or support with specific addresses at the request of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels.

Strengthen the inspection and supervision of the organization, mobilization and support of funding sources for the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels to ensure the right beneficiaries, timeliness, publicity and transparency.

Socio -political organizations base on the actual situation in their agencies and units to have appropriate forms of propaganda and mobilization. Issue directives and instructions within their organizational system to coordinate in implementing the "For the Poor" Peak Month, mobilize cadres, union members and association members to support the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels. Coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and local authorities to continue implementing the program of building Great Unity Houses, Trade Union Shelters, Love Shelters, Houses of Comradeship, Red Scarf Houses, especially activities to support livelihoods... for poor households who are union members and association members of their organizations.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and cities, socio-political organizations focus on promoting emulation movements throughout the system, with appropriate forms to commend, honor and reward individuals and groups with good achievements in propaganda and mobilization work to help the poor, and domestic and foreign units, enterprises, organizations and individuals with many achievements in supporting the "For the Poor" Fund and social security during the "For the Poor" Peak Month in 2025.

The Standing Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and cities and member organizations of the Front shall report the results of organizing the "For the Poor" Peak Month in 2025 to the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front through the Social Work Committee before November 25, 2025.
