The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee assigned the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee to closely follow the requirements of the Inspection Delegation, supervise the Central Inspection Committee , advise and propose the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to establish inspection teams, supervise the commune-level Party Committees in operating the 2-level local government model.

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has just concluded on the implementation of the two-level local government model at the City Party Committee (from September 1 to 15).

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee acknowledged and commended the Organizing Committee of the City Party Committee for proactively reviewing and synthesizing a report to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the implementation of the 2-level local government model at the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.

At the same time, the Party Committee of the City People's Committee is assigned to lead and direct the City People's Committee to focus on and speed up the work of arranging the organizational structure of departments and branches and arranging public service units under the City People's Committee.

This must ensure the overall progress of arranging specialized agencies, administrative agencies, and public service units in line with the practical situation of Ho Chi Minh City.

At the same time, direct the arrangement plan and organizational model of the current project management board and compensation board at the commune level; direct relevant departments and branches to urgently have a plan to manage and exploit the surplus headquarters of Ho Chi Minh City and commune level.

The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee assigned the City Party Committee to lead and direct the City People's Committee to review and propose regulations on titles, numbers, a number of regimes and policies for non-professional workers at the commune, residential area and hamlet levels; people directly participating in activities in residential areas and hamlets; and the fixed operating budget for socio -political organizations at the commune level, the operating budget for residential areas and hamlets in Ho Chi Minh City.

Party committees, agencies and units must deploy and operate the two-level local government model strictly in accordance with regulations and central guidance; if any difficulties or problems arise during the implementation process, they must report and propose to competent authorities for resolution and support.
