Mr. Thien emphasized that restoring power supply is an urgent task but safety must be put first.

In the context of heavy rain, flash floods and landslides still looming, units need to closely monitor water levels to promptly plan power cuts, operate flexibly, and ensure safety for people and construction workers. At the same time, it is necessary to proactively provide materials, equipment, vehicles and human resources to restore power to key areas, essential infrastructure and important customers; and develop appropriate plans for flooded and isolated areas.

On August 26, Mr. Vu The Nam - Member of the Board of Members and Mr. Luong Minh Thanh - Deputy General Director of EVNNPC directly inspected the scene of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 5.

The Corporation's leaders requested that units immediately deploy all plans when safety conditions allow, focusing on temporary power supply to quickly reduce the number of customers without power.

The Power Management Teams must be proactive in their work and coordinate flexibly with contractors to speed up progress. At the same time, there must be a focal point to summarize the damage, regulate materials reasonably, and make detailed plans for each area. For mountainous areas and areas isolated by floods, there must be separate plans suitable to actual conditions.

Thanh Hoa Electricity Company has been mobilizing all human resources, vehicles, materials and equipment to simultaneously take action to fix the problem. Along with the troubleshooting work, the unit continues to promote electrical safety propaganda to the people, maintain smooth communication with the Control Center and increase quick interaction with customers. It is expected that by the end of today, August 27, all affected customers will have their electricity restored, demonstrating the high determination of the local electricity sector with close direction, support and timely assistance from the Northern electricity sector.

EVNNPC has mobilized specialized Boards and shock teams from many Power Companies in the Corporation and a number of contractors to support units damaged by storm No. 5.

With a total of 569 people from the EVNNPC's shock teams and the support of the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC), the Northern electricity sector is determined to fix the grid problem in the fastest time, restoring power to the entire area as soon as possible.
