In the first 6 months of 2025, the social insurance agency of region XVII resolved social insurance and unemployment insurance (UI) regimes for over 30,000 people.

Notably, the Social Insurance Agency has resolved the retirement regime for 739 people according to two new Decrees (177 and 178/2024/ND-CP), ensuring timeliness and compliance with regulations. Of which, 14 people retired according to Decree 177 and 725 people retired according to Decree 178. At the same time, pension adjustments and citizen identification information updates for beneficiaries were carried out.

Payments are made fully and safely, with more than 61% of pensioners and social insurance beneficiaries receiving them through personal accounts. This rate in urban areas reaches nearly 70%, contributing to promoting cashless payments according to the Government 's policy.
