On the morning of September 19, at Ha Giang 2 ward, the Provincial Youth Union - Provincial Young Pioneer Council of Tuyen Quang province organized a conference to deploy the work of the Young Pioneers, children's movements in the 2025 - 2026 school year and provide training on professional skills of the Young Pioneers and School Young Pioneers. Overview of the conference.

At the conference, the Youth Union's work program, school youth movement; Team work and children's movement, school year 2025 - 2026 was deployed. With the theme: "Tuyen Quang children firmly step into the new era", the Team Councils at all levels focused on innovating and implementing the Vietnamese children's movement to emulate Uncle Ho's 5 teachings; strengthening education on historical traditions, ethics, and lifestyles for children. At the same time, consolidating the apparatus of the Team Councils at commune and ward levels, developing the Team organization in non-public schools. Raising awareness and skills for children about digital transformation; focusing on life skills education, preventing violence, abuse, safety in cyberspace... The conference agreed on the contents, basic targets, tasks, and main solutions to make the Youth Union, Team work, school youth movement in the 2025 - 2026 school year highly effective.

Regarding the training content on professional work of the Youth Union and School Team, the Provincial Youth Union will deploy from September 19 to 23 for trainees including: Secretaries of the Youth Union of communes and wards, teachers who are Youth Union Secretaries, Secretaries of school Youth Union branches, teachers in charge of primary and secondary schools in the province.

At the training course, trainees were introduced to many important contents related to the orientation of skills in organizing educational activities for team members, teenagers, and children; Team etiquette; skills in organizing children's activities in schools. In addition, they were equipped with skills in propagating and organizing educational activities of the Youth Union; forms of education on preventing, combating, and controlling electronic cigarette smoking, and social evils among union members and youth.

The implementation of the work of the Young Pioneers and children's movements in the 2025-2026 school year, combined with the training of the Young Pioneers and Youth Union in schools, has practical significance, contributing to improving the quality of activities, creating a healthy environment for training, playing and studying for children. This is also an opportunity to foster and update skills and methods of organizing activities for the team of responsible staff, helping the young Pioneers to promote the spirit of creativity and solidarity. At the same time, standardizing and synchronizing the way of implementing the movement in the entire school system, improving the effectiveness of comprehensive education.
