Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department congratulates press agencies

On the morning of June 17, comrade Nguyen Doan Toan, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Hanoi City Party Committee, visited and congratulated the Communist Magazine, the Government Electronic Newspaper and Hanoi Radio and Television on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025).

The Communist Review, whose predecessor was “Red Review”, was founded by leader Nguyen Ai Quoc and has been continuously developing for nearly a century. Since its first issue was published on August 5, 1930, the Communist Review has always maintained its position as the leading ideological and theoretical flag of the Party; accompanying the revolutionary cause, building and defending the Fatherland, worthy of being a “sharp weapon” on the ideological and theoretical front.

In his congratulatory speech to the Communist Magazine, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Doan Toan sincerely thanked the Communist Magazine for its attention and support in every step of Hanoi's construction and development. Not only does it regularly coordinate propaganda to contribute to deepening the policies, guidelines and strategies of the Party Committee and the city government, strengthening trust and creating consensus among cadres and people; the Communist Magazine also effectively cooperates with Hanoi in organizing scientific seminars and discussions to create a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the city's policies and decisions.

On behalf of the city's leaders, comrade Nguyen Doan Toan wished the leaders of the Editorial Board and all cadres, reporters, editors and staff of the Magazine good health, happiness and success; wished the Communist Magazine to continue to grow stronger and stronger, to continue to accompany, cooperate and share with the Party Committee, government and people of the Capital on the new development path full of difficulties and challenges, but also full of aspirations for success in the new era of development.

In his congratulatory speech to the Government Electronic Information Portal, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Doan Toan affirmed that Hanoi always highly appreciates the active and effective coordination of the Government Electronic Information Portal in the information and propaganda work on the development situation of the Capital. Many new models, good practices, important policies and outstanding development results of Hanoi have been promptly reflected by the Portal and widely spread to the domestic and international public, contributing to affirming the position, prestige and image of a "civilized - civilized - modern" Capital that is developing dynamically and sustainably.

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, comrade Nguyen Doan Toan wished the collective of cadres and employees of the Government Electronic Information Portal to continue promoting tradition, constantly innovating and developing; always being a "reliable access point" on the national cyberspace, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Government's direction and administration and the interaction between the Government and the people.

Hanoi Radio and Television Station was established on October 14, 1954, just 4 days after the Capital was liberated. Over the past 70 years, from the early days with many difficulties, the Station has made continuous efforts to build and grow, becoming a reliable address that comprehensively reflects the political, economic, cultural and social life of the city; at the same time, it is a bridge connecting the Party, the government and the people.
